Jass Kaselaan’s solo exhibition Shepherd. Grave. Human with Wings is an existential reflection on life, death and responsibility. With sensitivity, totality and humanity so characteristic to Kaselaan, he has created new sculpture and drawing series for the exhibition that address themes and motifs which in a broader social context seem to be considered with anxiety and erratic uncertainty. Encompassing all three floors of the museum, with consistency and calm, Kaselaan explores the difficulties that sometimes can break a person. Or give them wings.
